The best advice is to focus on what's going to be right and awesome (the encouragement, your teammates, your research etc.), and if you must acknowledge the things you are scared of, find practical ways to diminish or overcome them (I can solve this by doing this; This is not as big of a deal as I think it is).
Doing is usually easier than the anticipation.

Doing is definitely easier; it's when I'm not working on the conference stuff itself that I feel most anxious (like, for example, when I'm at work ...). Once it's time for the presentation itself, I'm sure I'll hit the zone and I won't have attention to spare on feeling nervous.
