I used to feed the kitties kibble in the morning and wet food at night, but due to an unforeseen development (*ahem* Drannor stealing Kershach's kibble) I'm switching it up so I can monitor them during kibble time.

My boys are kibble fiends who do not like wet food nearly as much as they ought to, even though it's healthier for them, and under the old arrangement they would take their own sweet time getting to their dinner plates.

However, now that dinner time is kibble time, they are loafing expectantly by my computer chair. They look like a pair of Hungry Hungry Hippos. XD

At least yours just loaf expectantly when they want food. If we delay dinner for ours, they mill around us crying piteously, and freak the hell out if we so much as look in the direction of the kitchen. :P

Also, Theo has learned the trick of reaching out and pulling Random's bowl over to him so that he can steal it more efficiently.

It's a good thing they're cute.

For some reason they're far less obnoxious at dinner time than breakfast time. When they got kibble for breakfast, it was the classic circus of jumping on us in bed, purring in our ears, licking our faces, etc. (with bonus Kershach scratching the mattress because he knows that's not allowed). But dinner, even now that it's kibble, elicits a more 'eh' reaction.

Theo sounds like an adorable little thief. And yes, they are damn lucky they're cute.
