Ugh. Man, that is not okay. I mean, any time an appliance stops working it's inconvenient (to varying degrees of "inconvenient"), but a fridge that stops working without a backup means instantly losing lots of money. (I'm just glad that my loss seems to be $$ instead of $$$.) I think a manager ignoring, say, "our hot water seems to run out too fast" is negligent - let alone "we're losing our food every few weeks because of this fridge."

I'm glad you only lost $$ instead of $$$ too!!

But yeah, it was the only thing I didn't like there. Everything else was really awesome. So when we moved out I was actually kinda thinking, "Good. Now we won't have to deal with a faulty fridge anymore!" XD
