It's a big problem with vegetarian cooking sites. If I wanted to make enchiladas with sauce from a can and Morningstar brand crumbles and canned refried beans, I wouldn't be looking for a recipe. I can make that one up on my own.

Exactly. Like I said, I do see how those kinds of recipes are useful in some circumstances - but they're really more of tips or shortcuts than "recipes."
