It's so yummy that [insanejournal.com profile] ratzeo has asked me to teach him how to make it (shock). We're planning to have a little autumn-fest and make the soup to christen the re-assembling of our kotatsu (we currently use it as a coffee table without a blanket).

That sounds like fun! We reassembled the kotatsu last weekend, but I plan on making more potato-leek soup next week. I have leeks coming in our Wednesday veggie box :D
