Well, you COULD do that sort of hairstyle with a perm or body wave. I think. You could always take those pictures and ask too. :)

Either way, both your intended and desired pictures look quite similar. I think with some effort on Special Days if you had your first set of pictures haircut, you'd be able to make the style of your second set of pictures.

That's what I was thinking - having the layered/feathered ends would lend itself well to curling iron use.
