Warmakers is ending this weekend, and I am unabashedly shelving all my other goals for the duration of this week. 8D

He might have made an exception for you, but Mike told me that cohorts max out at 20. He doesn't want anyone but the Guardians going epic.

Oop, brain-dead moment. I need a level 18 sheet for when Sae is level 21, and then level 19 for Sae at 23. (Mike gave khar a -1 level penalty due to their crazy racial bonuses ... so I was way off. :P)

Yes! I don't know what kind of story to make out of that, so I wasn't sure of RP or solo-fic would be better. Ideas are welcome. :D

Yeah, I know of them crazy level penalties.

*looks at Reika's -4 level penalty... although being Gestalt sorta negates most of that penalty*

Wait ... the fact that Reika keeps gaining Modern levels is unique to her sitation, right? I don't think I'm supposed to give Khag 20 levels on his Modern side, but now I'm wondering.

I know not Khag's situation, but Reika does keep gaining Modern levels. Her level adjustment is for her D&D side only.

(So she'll end out at 23modern/19d&d. When we do OVAs and level up more, she'll be able to level again on the D&D side, but she'll always be 4 levels behind modern. Which is oddly fitting for her ;))

Hrm. I think if it's a racial adjustment, it's probably for character levels, not one or the other.

That's true. Your template is a D&D "class" that you're adjusting to allow for leveling, whereas the khar racial abilities wouldn't give Khag anything at level 20 to match his Modern class.

And Mike didn't say anything about special arrangements like that, so I'm not gonna worry about it. And that way I don't have to send him yet ANOTHER question. XD;;
